The membership fee for access to Inspire U Academy is Rs. 1000, which is a one-time, non-refundable fee.
This fee provides access to our courses and resources during your active membership period.
3. Payment Terms
Payments must be made through supported payment methods, such as eSewa or other available platforms.
A valid payment receipt or transaction ID is required for verification. Membership will be activated within 2 business days of payment confirmation.
4. Access to Content and Resources
Upon successful registration and payment, you will gain access to the educational materials, courses, and resources available on our platform. Certain premium courses or services may require an additional fee, which will be disclosed separately.
5. Non-Refundable Membership Fee
The membership fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to non-usage, change of mind, or withdrawal from the program after payment.
6. Membership Validity
Duration: Membership is valid for 1 year from the date of payment confirmation.
Renewal: After the initial 1-year period, membership will expire. You may choose to renew to continue accessing the platform’s courses and resources.
7. Code of Conduct
Members must use the platform responsibly and respectfully, adhering to the standards of conduct outlined by Inspire U Academy.
Engaging in activities that disrupt the platform or harm other users’ experiences is prohibited.
8. Cancellation and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership if you breach any terms or engage in activities that compromise the platform’s integrity.
If your account is terminated, access to services will be revoked, and no refunds will be issued for the remaining membership period.
9. Limitation of Liability
Inspire U Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.
While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the availability, reliability, or correctness of the content provided.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
All platform content, including courses, videos, documents, logos, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of Inspire U Academy and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.Unauthorized copying, distribution, or reproduction of any content is strictly prohibited.
